Client Work Product: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work product created by INOV8 for clients is the property of the client upon full payment. INOV8 retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Generally:

Payment schedules are typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
Clients are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INOV8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of three (3) years.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
INOV8 shall deliver all completed work product
Both parties shall return or destroy confidential information

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration or court proceedings.
